Other Ways to Give

• Draft From Your Bank: You can set up a recurring draft to Doxology through your bank which is normally a free service.

• Weekends: You can put your cash or check in the offering box (located at each Auditorium exit) during one of our weekend worship gatherings.

• Mail: Send your check to: 4805 Arborlawn Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76109 Attn: Jim Gentry

• Non-Cash Gifts: If you are interested in making a non-cash contribution of stocks, mutual funds, an IRA distribution or other assets please contact our Business Manager here.

• Although we are able to take credit cards, Doxology encourages you to live a debt-free lifestyle. If you use a credit card, we ask you to exercise integrity and only give to the church if you have cash in your bank account to cover your contribution.

All of the options above involving credit/debit cards include a fee that is paid to the merchant processor which reduces the net amount that Doxology is able to use. Please see the FAQs below for detail on the fees. Doxology Bible Church reserves the right and responsibility to apply all funds to wherever the ministry needs are the greatest.

FAQ

What accountability is there for Doxology finances?

The Doxology Bible Church finances are maintained by the Doxology Finance Department and overseen by a Business Manager who reports to the Executive Pastor. The Business Manager & Executive Pastor are accountable to a Finance Team of deacons, elders and staff who serve at the request of the Board of Elders. The Finance Team meets and reviews the Financial Statements on a monthly basis. The Doxology financial statements are all audited on a yearly basis by an independent, outside public accounting firm.

What is the FORT WORTH | FOR GOOD fund?

"Fort Worth | For Good" is an initiative that launched in February 2022. The goal is to continue our multiplying effort by launching a congregation in the Alliance area, so that one of the most rapidly growing areas in the country has communities of people who believe they’re sent into neighborhoods to genuinely love Jesus and intentionally love their neighbors - that congregation had it's first service on September 11, 2022. Also to seek and celebrate partnerships that allow us to stretch our reach and strengthen our serve so that everyone in Fort Worth has an increasing opportunity to flourish and thrive toward God’s Good plan - one of those is our partnership with South Hills Elementarty and our Hero2Hero program.

What is the BEYOND ORDINARY fund?

In the Fall of 2013, the Congregation was invited to join a BEYOND ORDINARY vision for launching the next generation and loving next door. As a part of that, hundreds of families made financial commitments over and above their normal giving at Doxology to ensure we are able to be good stewards over the people He sends us to develop as Christ-centered people who make a difference.

Does Doxology really give 15% of every dollar to missions?

We really do. Doxology believes in developing Christ-centered people who make a difference and we want to put our money where our mouth is. We invest 13.3% of our contributions to more than 50 global and local ministry partnerships, and 1.7% to other strategic initiatives. We believe in investing where God is working and want to model that as a church. However, we would never want Doxology's partnerships to be a substitute for your own individual involvement. In addition to what you might choose to give to Doxology, we would always encourage you to invest directly with a mission you believe in. If you are interested in a mission you could get directly involved with, please contact our Mobilization Team.

What kinds of fees are associated with gifts that I make to Doxology?

There are only nominal bank deposit fees associated with cash and checks that you give directly to Doxology through the offering on the weekends or by mail.  There are also nominal fees associated with Drafts that you directly initiate through your bank.  Fees associated with the other methods of giving are:  Online Credit and Debit cards 2.7% + $0.30 per transaction, Online eCheck/ACH – only 0.70% per transaction.  Please note: The above fees are not paid by the giver, but rather are charged to Doxology.  Thanks for considering giving in ways that minimize fees.

What is our security policy?

Your information is held securely by the Pushpay and/or Managed Missions systems.  This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties other than those to process your schedule contributions.
