Single and Parenting is a group that usually meets weekly in the Spring and Fall but is not currently meeting at this time. Other people don't truly understand how tough it is to be a single parent – day after day. Sometimes you want to give up and that's a normal reaction. You are doing the job of two people and you should be tired. Single and Parenting groups address these concerns. You'll discover how to deal with your deep-down worries and your day-to-day struggles. You will meet other single parents to learn and discuss some amazing parenting strategies and hope-filled insights.

We were made to belong. We each have a longing and void that can only be filled when we experience community. In the New Testament we see the followers of Jesus living in close fellowship, generously sharing what they had, and eagerly serving one another. It was a beautiful picture of the community that God has designed for us to experience. We dream of a church where everyone can experience that kind of belonging, support and spiritual growth in community groups. We envision a time when there is a Community Group in every neighborhood in Fort Worth, so that every person in our city would live within walking distance of a group of people who love God, love each other, and love their neighbors. So whether you are interested in joining a group, or would be willing to host a group we would love to connect and help you find that place to belong here at Doxology.

We believe Community Groups are great environments to develop authentic, caring relationships, and to put into practice what we are learning about a life under God’s leadership. Kingdom Come is a two-year initiative launching on October 19th, beginning with a church-wide sermon series. Kingdom Come is an invitation for all of us to engage Jesus' invitation to allow His goodness and grace to increasingly rule every area of our hearts so that good news multiplies from every heart and every home; beginning with ours.
