“Developing the next generation of ministry leaders through hand-ons experience and personal development”
• The residency is a 2-4 year program designed for emerging leaders who feel called to vocational church ministry. We want to help develop the future pastors, teachers, and ministry directors by giving them a place to grow and learn through hands-on ministry experience and intentional personal development. We believe that these experiences will develop future leaders for a lifetime of ministry significance.
• Residents apply to serve in a specific ministry of the church; college, youth, worship, creative, children’s, executive, etc. As a resident, you will receive hands-on experience and training in this specific ministry area, as well as being mentored by a Doxology staff member that leads your area. You will also pursue personal ministry relationships within the church body and have the opportunity to experience church-wide ministry opportunities such as baptisms, hospital visits, counseling, performing weddings, and developing teaching skills.

Whether your marriage needs restoration or refinement, re|engage groups offer hope to marriages by helping couples move toward oneness through stories of grace, teaching and small groups. This ministry is geared to help couples of all ages and stages grow in God's plan for marriage.
Re|engage is a 16- to 18-week experience that begins each week with worship and a marriage testimony before breaking into small groups for discussion. Re|engage meets in-person Wednesday evenings, 6:30-8pm in Children's Auditorium. Pay in person. Children's ministry is available with prior notice.

Through our partnership with South Hills Elementary, Doxology has seen God work powerfully, transforming kids’ lives and strengthening the life of the school through mentoring relationships.
With just one hour a week, you can make an eternal impact. As a Hero2Hero reading mentor, you’ll help a student grow in confidence, build stronger reading skills, and experience the love of Jesus through your care and consistency.
The need is great. The difference is real. Will you be a hero in a child’s story?

Community Group Open House is an opportunity to meet leaders and learn more about groups! We all long to find community, a place where people know us, support us, and challenge us. Community groups are that place where, surrounded by God’s people, we experience that type of place here at Doxology.
Join us on August 30th after each service (10-10:30 and 11:30-noon), in the Loft at Doxology.
