Advance Commitment Night is a powerful evening of worship, prayer, and surrender as we take first steps together in our Kingdom Come journey. All of our Doxology congregations will gather in one place for one purpose: to respond to Jesus and ask for His Kingdom to come—in us, in Fort Worth, and from Fort Worth to the nations.
This night is for anyone ready to go first in faith. Whether you’ve been at Doxology for years or are just beginning to engage, you’re invited to come, seek the Lord, and bring your Kingdom Come Commitment Card as a step of obedience and worship.
Come expectant. Come ready. Come together.

Who is Advance Commitment Night for?
Everyone is invited. While this night is especially designed for those who feel called to go first (whether you serve, lead, or are ready to take an early step of faith) anyone from Doxology is welcome. If you’re ready to respond to what God is doing through Kingdom Come, this night is for you.
What will the night include?
The evening will be centered around worship, prayer, and vision. You’ll hear a short message, reflect on what God is doing, and have the opportunity to turn in your Kingdom Come Commitment Card during a special moment of response. It is designed to feel sacred, not scripted. The night will also conclude with a dessert reception in the lobby.
Do I need to RSVP?
You do not need to RSVP to attend the event. If you need childcare, we ask that you RSVP in advance so we can prepare well. (Use the link above to RSVP your kids)
What should I bring?
Bring your Kingdom Come Series Guidebook and your Commitment Card if you have already spent time praying through it. We will also have extra cards available at the event if you need one.
What if I’m not ready to make a commitment yet?
That is completely okay. Advance Commitment Night is simply an early opportunity to respond, but it is not the only one. The full church will be invited to make their Kingdom Come commitments during Commitment Sunday on November 16. If you are still praying or processing, we encourage you to come, worship, and seek the Lord. There is no pressure; just an open invitation to respond when God leads.

We were made to belong. We each have a longing and void that can only be filled when we experience community. In the New Testament we see the followers of Jesus living in close fellowship, generously sharing what they had, and eagerly serving one another. It was a beautiful picture of the community that God has designed for us to experience. We dream of a church where everyone can experience that kind of belonging, support and spiritual growth in community groups. We envision a time when there is a Community Group in every neighborhood in Fort Worth, so that every person in our city would live within walking distance of a group of people who love God, love each other, and love their neighbors. So whether you are interested in joining a group, or would be willing to host a group we would love to connect and help you find that place to belong here at Doxology.

We believe Community Groups are great environments to develop authentic, caring relationships, and to put into practice what we are learning about a life under God’s leadership. If you aren't already in a community group, we invite you to join a 5-week group to experience what community can be as we live into what God has for our church in the next few years!

Kingdom Come is a two-year initiative launching on October 19th, beginning with a church-wide sermon series. Kingdom Come is an invitation for all of us to engage Jesus' invitation to allow His goodness and grace to increasingly rule every area of our hearts so that good news multiplies from every heart and every home; beginning with ours.
