Eikon is a community of young adults being transformed by Christ to be a catalyst for changing lives. We do this by meeting regularly in community groups, bible classes, fellowship events and service opportunities. If you are single and in your 30’s- early 40’s and looking for a place to belong, we would love to have you join us!You can stop by the Next Steps area in the lobby on a Sunday morning and they can point you in the right direction.

We were made to belong. We each have a longing and void that can only be filled when we experience community. In the New Testament we see the followers of Jesus living in close fellowship, generously sharing what they had, and eagerly serving one another. It was a beautiful picture of the community that God has designed for us to experience. If we are honest, it can be a challenge to find that type of community. Isolation is too often the norm for those who are single working professionals. We envision a day when our ministry would provide that type of community to singles throughout SW Fort Worth so that they each can experience fellowship with a group who loves God, loves each other, and loves their city.

Events:

-Monthly Crowded House Fellowship- Eikon gathers once a month as a large group to focus on growing our relationship with Christ as well as each other. This year we are sharing “our stories” within the group to tell how Jesus has and continues to work in the life of each individual of Eikon.

-Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, January 27- Eikon is going to the Rodeo! Grab your cowboy boots and join us.

-Escape Room & S’mores, February 3- Join Eikon for an escape room experience followed by s’mores and a fire pit.

-Galantines Event, February 10- The ladies of Eikon are gathering for some fun, girls-only time.

-Super Bowl Party, February 11- Cheer on your team with Eikon and enjoy lots of good food.

-Ice Skating & Dinner, February 17- Come skating with us at ICE at the Parks.

-Service Project at Tarrant Area Food Bank, February 24- Eikon is volunteering at the Tarrant Area Food Bank’s distribution center. This involves sorting donations, removing damaged items and repacking as needed.

-Ax Throwing & Dinner, March 2- Join us for some fun ax throwing and dinner afterward

-Brahmas Hockey Game, March 16- Eikon is going to a Brahmas hockey game. Join us as we cheer on the local team.

-Easter Dinner, March 31- One favorite tradition for Eikon is Easter Dinner. Join the Eikon family as we reflect on who Jesus is and all that Easter represents over a shared meal.

-Game Night, April 6- Come hang out with us and play various games and enjoy some snacks.

-Drive in Theater, April 12- Bring your truck or a lawn chair and watch a movie (or two) out at Coyote drive in.

-Pickleball, April 20- Join Eikon for a few games of pickleball!
